About the role
As our Organisational Development Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of making our people and development initiatives happen.
You’ll bring organisation, energy and attention to detail to a diverse range of activities, including:
- Coordinating learning and development programmes, leadership events and OD initiatives
- Preparing presentations, communications, reports and programme materials
- Maintaining accurate people and development records in HiBob and other systems
- Supporting process improvements, reporting and the employee experience
- Providing professional support to leaders and employees
- Working closely with the Head of OD on a range of strategic people initiatives
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, curious and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in people development. You’ll bring:
- Strong administration, coordination and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Sound judgement, discretion and care with confidential information
- An interest in learning, leadership, talent or organisational development
- A professional, positive and responsive approach
- Help shape a newly established global OD function
