The Opportunity:
We have a unique opportunity for a “Distributor Channel Sales Manager – BladeStop” to join our Sydney or Melbourne office. Channel Manager role is focused on developing business through our partners, building a robust pipeline, and managing the sales lifecycle from identification to completed sale. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute effective channel sales strategies, set achievable targets, and optimise sales processes to align with company goals.
- Support channel partners through lead generation and collaborative co-selling to drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and support channel partners by providing training, resources, and performance monitoring to ensure their success.
- Foster strong relationships and effectively manage conflicts to maintain a productive and collaborative channel ecosystem.
- Analyse market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in channel performance.
- Regularly track and report on channel sales to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
You will have:
- 2-3 years’ of demonstrated work experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
- Experience using CRM systems such as SalesForce.
- A can-do attitude, great communication skills and willingness to grow.
- The right to live and work permanently in Australia
