Product Manager - Bladestop

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Bladestop team in Sydney. This is a critical role responsible for the commercial and strategic success of the Bladestop product portfolio. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Service, Operations, and regional teams, you will drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and market growth for a highly technical product sold globally.

Bladestop operates in a specialised and regulated environment, so we are seeking someone with strong technical capability who can confidently balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and commercial outcomes across international markets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining and driving the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Bladestop portfolio.
  • Gathering market, customer, and regulatory insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and R&D teams to translate customer and market requirements into product outcomes.
  • Managing the full product lifecycle including new product introduction, optimisation, and legacy product management.
  • Supporting pricing, profitability, and go-to-market activities in partnership with Sales and regional teams.
  • Reviewing and interpreting international standards, compliance requirements, and market-specific regulations.
  • Acting as a key link between commercial and technical teams to ensure alignment across global markets.
  • Monitoring product performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

To be a great match to this role you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Management within capital equipment, industrial automation, or engineered products.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven industries such as meat processing, food processing, medical devices, industrial automation, or similar.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience working across international markets or with global customers.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
