KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execution of Marketing Strategy North America

   Responsible for managing targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads across all relevant industries.

• Increase the 'Scott' brand awareness as well as all related product brands in all target industries.

• Create and post content on social media (marketing, recruitment, etc.)

• Involvement with identifying and planning company tradeshows and marketing events, including recruitment events and training sessions in North America.

• Collect and compose content for marketing materials such as customer emails, brochures, videos, banners, and promotional materials for the Scott brand.

• Providing ongoing product / technical information and support including product positioning and messaging for all Scott products.

• Coordinate promotional activities for local educational programs and events.

• Research and promote new products that relate to Scott's sales in conjunction with the Sales and Applications team.

• Attend Scott's Marketing meetings and sector-specific sales meetings as required.

• Ensure that Scott North America marketing strategy and activities are aligned with those of the Scott Group.

Creation & Maintenance of marketing material

• Coordination and maintenance of the Scott site of N.A. marketing material to ensure all content reflects group branding guidelines

• Ensuring that all marketing content remains updated and accurate.

• creation of presentations and other Scott marketing documentation.

• Contribute to the maintenance of the Scott Global website ensuring content is current, accurate, and relevant.

• Collaborating with sales teams in order to provide them with all necessary marketing tools. Create new content as needed.

CRM Assistance

• Generating Sales Force reports and providing analysis for the Logistics and Protein Global Director.

• Providing advice and recommendations to keep Sales Force data up-to-date.

Reporting and documentation

• Ongoing monthly reporting on all marketing activities to the Logistics and Protein Global Director.

• Delivering ongoing monthly and quarterly reports that include, but are not limited to, the overall performance of trade shows, budget utilization, and key activity. Keep marketing calendar and planning documents up-to-date.

• Track and report

• Provide monthly group marketing reports to the Global Marketing team to keep them informed of global marketing activities.

Qualifications and Competences

• Master's or Bachelor's degree within Marketing or Communication Studies or equivalent based on experience.

• Knowledge English

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

• Knowledge of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, ...)

• Knowledge of the various applications within Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop)

• Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google analytics, content marketing, SEO, conversion optimization and inbound marketing

• Attentive to detail

• Analytical and strategic approach

• Excellent spoken and written communication

• Strong editorial skills

• Effective time management

• Creative mind

• Additional understanding of digital marketing campaigns and design is a plus
