This is a highly visible role that combines commercial finance, business partnering and strategic planning, offering the opportunity to influence outcomes across an international manufacturing business.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with business leaders to provide commercial advice and financial insight
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for Rocklabs

  • Driving commercial governance and supporting pricing and contract review processes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, optimise costs and enhance business performance
  • Supporting strategic initiatives through financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Collaborating across finance and operational teams to strengthen commercial decision making

About You

You're a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys influencing decisions, solving problems and partnering with leaders across the business.

You'll ideally bring:

  • CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
  • Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or project based environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pricing, contracts or project financial performance
  • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting and business performance reporting
  •  Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, with experience using ERP and reporting systems
  •  Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
  •  A proactive, curious approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands on delivery
  •  Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
