About you:The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking for an experienced Field Service Supervisor on a permanent full-time basis, based in Tullamarine, Melbourne.
This role has the responsibility for the success and profitability of the field Service team by leading the technicians to deliver first class service to our customers. In addition, the responsibilities will be driving utilization, competency development, compliance to service policies and procedures and customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the overall success, completion, and execution of all service jobs from a technical, commercial, and financial perspective.
- Providing strong leadership behaviours in taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of the service team.
- Evaluate and monitor the delivery of day-to-day operations and activities to ensure they align with the overall strategy, objectives and performance of all service technicans.
- Preparation of detailed budget and ongoing reports on performance against budget dollar amount.
- Provide coaching and on the job training and general support to LEAP/DEXA Service personnel wherever appropriate and as required.
- Ongoing support and management of all reporting postions by developing and maintaining morale of the employees on team.
- Developing a substainable process/business model for staff required to work on weekends.
- Whilst providing the required client support, proactively source other opportunities available to provide further services.
About you:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role/industry.
- Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent ability to communicate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical skills in Programming, construction, and installation of mechanical/electrical automation and Robotic Solutions.
- Leadership capabilities with performance development and management experience.
- Customer and results focused, have integrity and be a proven team player.
- Have a current drivers license and the right to live and work permanently in Australia.
