The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated “Warehouse Coordinator” to join our team based in Malaga, Perth on a full-time basis.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations with the receipt, storage, and despatch of goods. In addition, the warehouse superstar will maintain inventory levels within agreed stock levels and inventory counts within company requirements.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Receiving inwards/outwards of goods within the store.
  • Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies with stock in hand.
  • Inventory and maintenance of inventory management systems.
  • Picking and packing of goods.
  • Arranging and coordination of couriers and transport for movement of goods
  • Complete relevant tasks to pack and prepare finished goods, spare parts, and materials for dispatch.
  • General labouring, mechanical and non-certified electrical work and other tasks as requested.
  • Regularly checking stock levels and conducting stock intake for management and auditing purposes.

We are seeking someone who has:

  • 2-3 years’ experience of relevant and practical experience in warehousing or logistics.
  • Forklift license would be desirable (must be able to obtain one).
  • Excellent internal and stakeholder management.
  • Be customer and results focused, have integrity, and be a proven team-player.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outllok.
  • Experience using ERP system management for stock movements.
  • Physically fit to enable continuous movement and lifting of objects around the warehouse.
  • Have full working rights in Australia.
