The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Marketing Specialist in Design and Digital to join our Marketing team in Newmarket. This role is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role is ideal for a passionate visual communicator with a strong foundation in digital, design and content creation.

Key responsibilities:

• Design Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to produce high-quality digital and print assets.
• Digital Marketing & Content Production: Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS). Desirable experience with using Craft, SilverStripe, SharePoint, Mailchimp and similar systems. Fundamentally, understanding how these management systems work.
• Design & Visual Principles: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and grid structure with meticulous attention to detail. Experience adapting or designing multilingual or translated content is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate and collaborate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders (design, marketing, sales, and management teams).

About you:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a design/digital marketing role or equivalent portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suits (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator desirable).
• Experience with web content management systems.
• Understanding of social media platforms.
• Clear written/verbal communication; strong attention to detail; organised and deadline driven; eager to learn.
